To deal with Drugggss

Drugs are instruments of both good and bad. They exist on interesting playing fields, and in the most abstract and symbolic ways.

Yesterday night I was with a friend relaxing. about a hour or so into our chill time her friend had come by the house in a fuss. My friend asked her friend if he was okay. He replied “No, not in anyway”. I assumed he wanted to sit and talk about it but instead he pulled out a cig and smoked it in the back. he came back a little later and told us that he had done some ‘black man thinkn’ and was alright and we chatted a little bit after that.

this brought up interesting points about drugs to me: They are used both to poison and pacify, they could possibly trancend the barrier between good and bad; whats wrong and what’s right.

What if he had never gotten that cigarette, his lungs would have thanked him but his mind wouldn’t have let him sleep.

I guess before i go into drugs, i should explain what their definition is in my terms.

Drugs:To stupefy, to pacify, to poison, to administer (x) or to enhance a situation.

So i kinda use drugs as a verb :-P

and my stance on drugs? I’m neither for nor against them, i use ‘em as an instrument for ‘good times’.
